Subject: RE: Ted Bear - Flexi-coil

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
Bin Level and Fan speed are addressed by the Strip-til module. By Bin level I mean an alarm that is activated at a certain point since the switch utilized is either ON or OFF. This is not a constant bar graph type display of the quantity remaining.

Air Velocity and Blockage are not addressed by the module to my knowledge. This means that the Flexicoil system may be needed for some of the functions that you mention while the Strip-til module handles the metering side of things.

On one Flexicoil we were able to utilize the existing electro hydraulic setup but it was not as simple as one would like. The Strip-til module can output PWM to the electro hydraulic drive but the amperage required to run three drives on a three bin rig was too much. Inline amplifiers were necessary between the PWM output of each channel to the respective electro hydraulic drives.
