SE MN | I don't believe land values are going down anytime soon.
Interest rates are low, and the feds are going to keep it that way.
With all the $ being pumped into the system we are going to have inflation for some time to come.
Not that things cant fall apart, but our current situation is nothing like the 70's and 80's.
It used to be that farmers got old and sold the farm to be able to retire.....Now they hold onto it and make more money in rent than they ever made working it, ultimately to be left in the hands of soulless goblins they call their children. | |
