Farmers are the dominant buyers from what I've seen. I think many investors are waiting for things to cool off, whereas the farmers have a farm next to them or nearby they feel they have to have it because it only comes up once in their lifetime. Much more emotional buyers typically speaking and returns or potential returns are not the main motivating factor.
