I had no idea that the 5yr grower agreement supercedes all current and expiring joint ventures. Managements protection of the absentee stock owners at the expense of the growers, has essentially made the growers slaves to the absentee/retired/elderly stock owners.
But as long as there are board members on the ACS board who haven't actively farmed in 2yrs, rent their stock out and vacation in Tahiti, I doubt anything will change.
