western iowa,by Denison | the tracks are ok we did a large pit 4 years ago-my best silage which is not stock talk approved is packing for 2-3 more days after chopping-we just stay on the pile and keep packing-figure on a drive over pile every 100 ton of silage add 1 more hour of pack time after everyone leaves with a 15 ton tractor-when your done packin you should be able to drive over your pile with a 2wd pickup without getting stuck-have only a couple customers that pack that good | |
