Keep it penned up! We had a similar thing happen 20 years ago. Had a half tame stray show up and when pet it bit my wife and then me the next day. Just seemed not all there. It ended up dying and we took it to the state animal lab for rabies test. Contact your veterinarian to get the ball rolling. Good luck! Joe
