Fayette County, OH | What's the symptoms of a cat with rabies? Stray cat was hanging around the house last night when we came home from church. Acted like it was half tame so we gave it some milk. Drank it all and wanted more. This morning children were playing with it when it bit our 6 year old. Thought maybe it didn't like be "babied" so passed it off. Later the 3 year old wasn't even playing with it but the cat came over and bit her foot. Do you suppose it's rabies or just a freaky cat. Not really wanting to spend several thousand on rabies shots but do want to be safe. Wife did pen the cat in a have-a-heart trap rest of day just to be safe. What are your thoughts and experiences? | |
