I'd say this will be a quick chapter 11 to get the grain sold and then chapter 7 unless he owns a bunch of paid for land. That's the only way another credit source would step in. If your dumb enough to borrow 50 mil to farm I guess anything is possible. Wonder how the balance sheets would look at 3 dollar corn?
