Michigan records show this company to have the same address as Stamp Farms and the registered agent is Melissa Stamp, dig a little further and it would appear that this LLC filed on the same day, has the same attorney, oh ya and it has 50 to 100 million dollars of liabilities and less than 1 million dollars in assets. These debt to asset ratios kind of sound familiar don't they, can you say ILLFF, what are these lenders thinking loaning that kind of money without any security against it???
