We tend to be the farm around that does stuff based on facts instead of perceptions so I always seem to get a lot of question from people wanting to do something that is percieved wrong (feed litter, treat hay with AA, grow corn in the woods, plug our tires instead of patch them) I think that most of the time when someone asks me if I feed the plastic or twine, they are really wanting me to say " o ---- ya, weve been doing it for years and its A-OK, and research shows that it is actually good for cows" but when I say, "well we really try not to" its like they lose the gleam in there eyes. |
