Rolla, ND		I'd do some digging first.

Did they get a permit from the state fire marshall? If so, they should be on the list. If not, they had an illegal fireworks display. http://www.mdsp.org/Organization/OfficeoftheStateFireMarshal/Explos...

Next, what did the permit say?

I for one would be contacting the state fire marshall because large fireworks should not be goiing off that close to your livestock.
