I can understand your feeling but from there side . How are you going to prove in court that the fireworks caused the broken leg. Same with the gates. unless you have a time stamped video with sound to show the destruction you are most likely out of luck.
 Course in the same vein when they are having the church picnic and you just happened to be spreading a couple loads of summer or stall manure close at hand it might make you feel better.
 Guess next year i would be talking to the township or town officials make sure they don't get a permit to do it.
 And folks wonder why we have all the rules and regs to follow. Not many laws made except when someone is stepping on somebody else. From noise to water to dirt to traffic, it goes on and on.
