What about thunderstorm? An unknown loose sheet of roofing beating in the wind. A fox traveling across a cow lot. A tire that blows out on the mix wagon? You dont stand a snowballs chance in hell of winning that case. Quit worrying about it and get on with the program. Maybe you need to investigate why the cows are on edge to begin with???? Are employees beating your cows??

Edit= Karma is a real beotch that works all angles, dishonest dealings and ways dont go unnoticed!


What if's don't count. He knew what happened. I'd talk to my insurance agent and find out his thoughts.
