North Liberty and South Bend, Indiana | Hindsight is 20/20! Taking risks is one thing but gambling the farm is another. But land is a double edged sword, it can be cheap when you purchase and the value go up making for a good move or cheap when you purchase and value drop making for a bad deal. We haven't seen a drop since I can remember and I have no idea when we will but there will be some nasty troubles for some when and if it does drop. So the big question is to buy or not? Impossible to answer until it is too late. |
