SW Iowa | I think we are 12 to 15 years from the big crash. You need to start now getting ready for it by saving up your powder, then fire away when it crashes. Do not hold back. As happened in the last crash of the 80's, no one, even the ones with cash wanted to buy farm land when corn was $1.57/bu and soys were $4.65/bu. That is why the price crashed so far. It got to where you could buy one from the Federal Land Bank for 10% cash down, and they would finance you the rest, and still hardly no one wanted to bite. It will happen again in 16 years-2029. | |
