Each persons cash flow/ debt to asset ratio/ source of income is different. There are guidelines that are good rules for everyone but to make a statement for one and all and to cross that line is dumb?... You just cant make those statements as your priorities are different than others... If i was to follow some posters advice on here i would die a very rich divorced lonely greedy with no memories old man... Business comes first... Right after God, my wife, my family and me.
