I've hired the best and I've hired the worst.
Seems like the only thing that I can figure out is if, I can read if they have a decent attitude or not.
I've had smarter employees with a bad attitude, witch makes it mentally miserable. That is almost worse than having someone that just wreaks everything.
The good ones you can never pay enough and the bad ones, anything you pay them is too much.
Any employee stories about profiting the farm more than the paid wages?
