We have some Hispanic worker who are better at caring for animals than I am. I always tell my employee's without them I couldn't run this farm. I have been around long enough recognize there are a lot of good people out there but not that many that can manage employee's. Not trying to be a smart a-- but just stating the facts.
Any employee stories about profiting the farm more than the paid wages?
