Most of our regular help does that almost every day. 

My truck driver story was more a reflection of my poor hiring and training. I never should have hired the guy without checking him out better and I should have given him some more training so he knew better what to expect.

My main man is a positive most days, pulls calves, fixes equipment, notices things out of place. The part time guy I always have drive our SP chopper is way, way better at operating it than I am.

Oftentimes, poor hired help is really the result of poor management. Proper hiring and training should lead to productive satisfied employees.
