southern MN | Reading your message thisafternoon, I had 2 thoughts cross my mind.
One was wehat Tom said.
The other is that I'm built like you, such things just bug me, if the agreement is to split the _cost_, then the costs should be split, and if anything extra is wanted then it should just be said I wanna get extra money. Not try to hid extra costs in bad math like they are doing to you.
So, I think you are right, and I understand your frustration, but those are the costs of life living among dumb people. :)
