I've been frustrated with my stands too but still seem to get good yields. Just wish we could cut our seed costs. Has any one ever tried some sort of trash whipper on the JD no-till drills. It seems to me I saw one several years ago but have not seen anything lately. It seems if you could move just a little bit of the trash it would help. Probably throw it on the back row though and wouldn't be able to float either.
