Got a Rival Seal-A-Meal machine on sale at Kohls. Also bought the large and small Food Saver canning jar sealing units and some Food Saver bulk bag material on line that you can cut to length you need.

Machine has a hose to use the canning jar attachments.

Like others have said higher moisture items seem to not seal well as the liquid gets sucked to the top of the bag. Have some jars sealed with dry goods that have been sealed for several years with no loss of vacuum.

Main reason I got the machine was for some food item use but mainly for a lot of non traditional items I want sealed up.
