W. Kansas | I got a Foodsaver model # V 3020 a couple years ago for Christmas, guessing it was around $130. It's ok for the most part, but does not do a good job if the food you are trying to seal up has much moisture in/on it. I like to buy whole ribeyes and cut the steaks myself, you've got to have the steaks almost bone dry or it sucks the juice up to the top of the bag and wont seal it good. Dry food or cooked food it does a good job on. Bags are pricey, I buy the whole rolls and cut the bag to the size I need it. |
