NC | To be clear- I liked Ethanol but right from the start I didn't like incentives.
They needed the mandate to encourage the huge investment in infrastructure.
I just wanted ethanol to be phased in slower-- giving livestock and end user prices a chance to increase at a slower rate.
and giving crop farmers longer to gear up production.
hate to say I told you so- but when Mandates started I saw problems on the horizon. | |
