SW Iowa | for years, a slim handful of 'radical' farm organizations have been demanding "parity" pricing for farm products. Charts have been developed and show farm prices should b e considerably higher to account for inflation. But, those demands are labeled unreasonable, and dismissed as coming from radical farm organizations.
Perhaps we are about to enter a period in history when farm prices do reach "parity" with what the rest of living costs a consumer. Maybe these parity farm prices are not so radical after all? | |
