Ontario
Shorthorn, no problem with ending ALL subsidies. Crop, livestock, include oil and the likes as well.

The real "prices" will shake out, and FOOD will not be cheaper...

Am I entitled to a profit raising corn? I'm entitled to something for my work, and risk, for putting all my $ outside?

Livestock prices have to get better. That is the issue. But it will raise the price of food. (Not against food being higher.)

Trust me, if there ever was a shortage of food in this country, no one would ever complain about the price again.
