It can be done...we have some substantial chunks of concrete around our farm from the elevator 7 miles away, as well as smaller slabs from 120 miles plus in Kansas City, 25 miles in Pittsburg, and about 80 miles in Independance.
I think you are quite a bit short of what it's gonna take in the power department, though.
