What do you have to loose? Dig a little trench around the back, run a cable UNDER the back & pull it all the way under the pad to loosen the pad. Then do that again, only loop the cable over the back corners & hook to the tractor REAL SHORT so the drawbar will lift the front of the pad & try to pull it... Worse case you have to buy a new pad, but your already there.
