How much HP does your turbine require? Does the 3208 have thermostats in the cooling system? If the motor isn't loading up enough to build some heat and the thermostats are functioning properly they'll burn and slobber oil. How are you engaging the clutch or are you running it direct? It's fairly easy to automate the system with a clutch and cool down time. I’ve learned a few thing over the years and regardless to common belief but bringing up the water slow and letting it go down by slowing down the diesel is the best way I know to destroy a column shaft bearings if they’re water lubricated.
