| They are Monopolist and Collusionist. The tech agreement is an adhesion contract .They gave our competitors free technology while suing farmers in the states to "level the playing field". Their technology has cost US farmers market share. They did all of this under patent claims that were not valid. They are stealing germplasm from the public trust. They recently began colluding with their competitors to fix prices on traits. They have been involved in price fixing Glypostate and continue to do so.
