Subject: Re: old man's parts person rant..................

Macoupin County IL
I had a hose on my new 1250 planter with a major tear in the rubber cover and wanted it replaced before the warranty is up talked to the mechanic told him what I needed got a text back from him they needed a part number off the hose looked it didn't have a part number. That night I came home looked it up on the caseih parts site after a hour of searching I gave up, the next morning I tried again
Instead of the hyd hose being in the hyd section of the parts book it was in crop storage and unload section of the part book because it was part of the bulk tank system. Part of the problem is the guy writing the program knows computers but doesn't have a clue what a planter is.
