North Dakota | We do both like woodchuck (we wean at 6-8 wks) and sheep herder. When we lock the lambs in the pole barn shut the door and chase the ewes to the other end of the yard. If they can't see or hear the lambs in about 3 days its all done. When the lambs are locked in the barn the hay and feeders are right under their noses and they never look back. Our lambs are on creep prior to weaning so they take off. | |
