If your not familiar with them, I suggest:

tire machine with steel "Grouser" tracks

foot throttle

hand controls, preferably pilot control

two speed drive

minimum 60 or 70 hp

Determine if you want radial or vertical lift. Radial is stronger and possibly faster. Vertical can reach farther. Do you want self leveling lift, most have it going up. Do you need float on the boom lift, I like ours for grading and back dragging. Do you want accumulator for softer ride going fast when loaded, I kinda like it. Do you want hydraulic/electric bucket pin detach, I like it if designed right. Heated cab is better than A/C for me. I prefer door off and windows open in summer. Doors that fold out instead of up are a PITB.

Takuechi makes the toughest track machine. RB auctions are good places to buy used.
