Most of the time finding landis going to be about relationships. If you use an ad to do that then that is one way. But let me warn you, in this dog eat dog world, you are going to be a SOB any way you look at it. You will be a snake in the grass for helping out the old lady land owner for years. You will be running up rents on everybody by offering a fair price to the o ld man who can't afford to eat and has been renting his land to the local good old boy for 30 years.
So no matter what you do you are screwed. Btw. I believe that the people who own the land are the ones who will make out the best. | |
