South Dakota | Tryed renting more ground for 15 years.Never had any luck.Then out of the blue phone rang.A lady that lives 50 miles away but owns a 80 7miles away called me.Rented it to me for $15 less then others would give.She said a banker told her to call me[funny dont bank there}Since she rented it to me under the money i pay her in full up front.Normally around here its half 1st of March and the rest 1st novemeber. | |
