Screw with them, rent the 15 acres to someone else. Awful hard to call your field HEL because your neighbor's field is HEL.
This stuff is just to add amusement to one's life.
Or, I suppose you could tear out the waterway on one side or the other. Really doesn't seem like that should be necessary.
