N.C. IA | Heed what RCD says. If it throws all your acres into hel.......abort, abort abort. Every county carries a different attitude about enforcement, but I don't see regs and rules letting up. Plus you've got gov't employees who are soon (maybe) going to half to proove their worth.
I'll post some more about hel experiences of mine in the future; don't want to detract from OP question.
