Manitoba | Fresh ground beans. We only buy the whole beans. We have a little grinder (a Braun I think) and just grind some everytime we make coffee. Its not much of a hassle at all. If I grind a little more than I need I just put that in a little container for the next day. I think this makes the best coffee. And dont put the beans in the freezer. They keep well. Beans that look oily are supposed to be the best.
