Monticello Ar		Myself I woulda called him if the trunk was on his side of fence before cutting. If trunk was on my side I woulda cut them without calling. The clean up woulda been up to me completely if trunks were on my side. if on his the previouse call Would have told if he was willing to help or cared if I cut them. As far as drift it can be controlled and should be. If his drift hurt my crop he would pay for it. U can speak with him about the drift and see if he will pay a fair amount then if he denies drift and unwilling to pay call the plant board and let them determine the source of damage then let his insurance know u are making a claim. I had a claim once on 200ac of beans and 150ac of rice after the neighbor told the airplane pilot he wanted his beans sprayed today with round up regardless if the wind was blowing 20mph. Our yeild on conventional beans was cut in half and the rice wasn't worth putting a machine in(60bu/AC).
