Moldboard plow is the best choice, if soil doesn't have to much slope. I like the heavy disk idea. I would not use a DMI or tool that is on 30" spacing, they windrow the trash. Or use a tool that does a good job of mixing trash with soil like a CIH 870, Landoll 2211, Krause Dominator.
