Obion,TN
Always corn first here 113 to 118 day try to start planting last week march to first of april. You do not want your corn pollinating in july and august,to hot.The main reason you want your corn out first is because it will not stand like yall's will up north. One good 60 to 70 mph thunderstorm and alot of ours would go down especially with the dry year. We are aruond 25% done and I pray for no wind. We have alot of disease pressure down here even with bt corn.
