I agree that the "rush" of water did somewhat more damage then it would have if it had been slower....... HOWEVER. The water would have still had a current through the floodway. Up here in nebraska, i have seen the damage done by flood water with even a very slight current and it amazed me. Interstate 680 near omaha was distroyed by a slight current. |
