Ethridge, TN | We have to deal with flooding more than I really care to at times, from the TN River. Thing is, it is "backwater flooding", so very seldom, has a lot of current to it. If someone in the corp actually could manage a bathtub full of water, it would have seemed to have made more "sense" (yes, I realize we are talking about a govt agency), to have blown the lower end, and have let back water fill the area, before you opened the upper end with full river flow against it.
