| If the Corp had not blown it there would have been a Likely natural breach. The inflow of water would have been much smaller and not destroyed the amount of land it did. Most Likey the homes would have just been in standing water and not blown apart by rushing water. The easement the Corp has is whole other issue that should have been dealt with years ago im afraid. How many acres were flooded? And how many are figured to be beyond repair? | |
