North Central Ohio, across the Corn belt !

OntariOtis - 8/14/2011 07:45 I should add that banding, especially for corn fertility is the norm around here. We have pH that is in the 7.5-8.0 range. Broadcast fertility just disappears into the soil abyss. Our soil is like some people of certain heritages...they make lots of money, but it doesn't get spent very quickly.

disappears into the soil abyss. ?   what, your reading soil analysis ?  Not yield ?

everybody does it. ?     Realizing  that is how average yields are established.

then if YOU want to Grow super Yields.  and exceed all those that do it the same way.  You will have to break tradition and do some inovative thinking.

On Your own.
