 Once you make the decision to plant a cover crop, what criteria do you use when choosing which crop to plant?

 In other words, do you take into consideration any disease pressure reduction or break crop benefits? Or is it mainly nutritional criteria?

 What other considerations do you include in your decision to plant a cover crop? Seed price? Herbicide or any pesticide costs to deal with the killing of the cover?

 Does equipment limitations enter the equasion?
