would get a good no-till drill or kinze 15" splitter planter and plant right in with beans. the corn will be dead and gone by the time the beans get going. if that makes you nervous then mow it down like someone else sugested and plant it. leaf material will be gone soon. my .02...... those who don't make mistakes don't do much....unfortunatly some mistakes cost more than others.
