Subject: RE: Update

Orange County NY
This afternnoon I took the tops off and shinned up the rusty spots as Clay suggested. However when I tried it the right valve leaked around the bottom of the cell assembly. Took it apart and reassembled several times with no luck. I had a spare 144 on the shelf so I put that on and it did the same thing the old one did this morning minus the leak I caused this afternoon.

I just tested the voltage tonight. I get a steady 11 volts at each valve. When I tested the plug in the tractor it bounces from 13-14. Get the same bounce 13-14 at the 6 prong plug. Maybe I need to redo the wire conections at the valves in the morning as suggested.

I looked at a ball valve setup last winter when there was 2 ft of snow on the ground and my sprayer was working fine sitting in the shed. The price scared me away then. But it wasn`t sounding so bad this afternoon.

One other small point. Is it a solonoid or a solenoid? Box says solonoid and the instructios in the box say solenoid.

Thanks for all your help and suggestions.
