I used integra spec ICF. They work great and finishing the inside was easy. On the outside we used a sticky rubber system called Blue Skin. We were able to use a brick ledge built in to the integra spec and brick the part of the basement wall that was above grade. Would do it again in minute. There is lots of rebar in the walls and I have good insulation inside and out.
