Change the outers every yr and the inners every other yr. On our last SP windrower, you had to change outers bout every other cutting, it filled with dirt so bad you couldnt even get it to blow out anymore, had to blow out bout everyday, we changed the inners on that one every yr, never could find out how we got that much dirt in it, hope this new one is better bout it.
Do you change inner air filter when you change the outer one?
